    2. The promotion will operate on weekdays only, between 2:00pm and 6:00pm, at GRID Braehead.
    3. The promotion will not operate on Saturdays, Sundays or outside the stated operating hours unless otherwise confirmed by the Promoter.
    4. Participating GRID Braehead tenants are Gravity Active, Paradise Island Adventure Golf, Tenpin and Climbzone.
    5. The Promoter may pause, amend or vary the live activity, the available quests, the operating times, the participating tenants, prizes or the redemption process where required for operational, safety, staffing, capacity, stock availability or other reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

    3. Eligibility

    1. The promotion is open to children aged 5 to 14 years who are UK residents and who have the permission of a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over to participate.
    2. Parents and legal guardians may supervise, register on behalf of the participating child and provide contact details, but they are excluded from participating as entrants or claiming child reward prizes for themselves.
    3. Employees, contractors, agents and suppliers of the Promoter, participating tenants or anyone professionally connected with the promotion or its administration, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.
    4. The Promoter may request proof of eligibility, identity, age, booking status, parental/legal guardian consent or residency. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification.

    2. No purchase is necessary to register. Once registered participants will receive weekly quests, take part in free quests or submit a stamp card for the main giveaway. Some tenant quests and stamp-earning opportunities require paid participation in a tenant activity.
    3. The participant must complete eligible quests at participating tenants, as illustrated in section 2 of the Terms & Conditions, to collect stamps on their stamp card during the Promotional Period.
    4. Quest requirements may vary by tenant and by week. Participants must follow the instructions supplied by the Promoter, the event team and each participating tenant.
    5. Some quests may be free to complete. Other quests may require paid participation in a tenant activity, such as a booking or admission to the relevant leisure activity.
    6. Where a quest requires a booking or paid tenant activity, one valid family booking allows up to two children from that family booking to receive the relevant stamp, provided the Promoter, event team or participating tenant is satisfied that the applicable quest requirement has been completed.
    7. Stamps must be collected at the time of participation and cannot be added retrospectively unless the Promoter decides otherwise at its sole discretion.

    9. Prize availability and changes

    1. All prizes and reward items are subject to availability and while stocks last.
    2. The stated prize quantities are maximum available quantities and do not guarantee that every participant will receive every reward item.
    3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute, amend, remove or replace any prize with another prize or reward of similar type or value where circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control, stock availability, supplier availability or operational requirements make this necessary.
    4. The Promoter reserves the right to end prize redemption for any reward once the applicable stock has been exhausted.

    11. Data protection

    1. Participants must register via the GRID website to receive weekly quests. The Promoter may collect and process the participant's name and the parent/legal guardian's email address for the purposes of administering the promotion, sending quest information, validating entries, contacting winners and fulfilling prizes.
    2. Where a child's name is provided, the parent/legal guardian confirms that they have authority to provide that information and consent to its use for the administration of the promotion.
    3. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and the Promoter's Privacy Policy. Marketing communications, where applicable, should be managed via a separate opt-in and are not a condition of entry unless clearly stated at the point of collection.
    4. The Promoter may share personal data with agencies, suppliers, participating tenants and service providers only where necessary to administer the promotion, validate participation, contact winners or fulfil prizes.
    5. Privacy Policy can be viewed and accessed via https://gridbraehead.com/privacy-policy/

    12. Liability

    1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries, registrations, stamp cards, prize claims or communications that are lost, incomplete, delayed, damaged, misdirected, illegible, corrupted or not received for any reason.
    2. The Promoter is not responsible for any cost incurred by participants in taking part in paid tenant activities. Participants and their parent/legal guardian are responsible for checking prices, booking requirements, availability and suitability of each tenant activity before taking part.
    3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
    4. Subject to the above, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, expense or disappointment suffered by any participant arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, non-availability, use or misuse of any prize, except where required by law.

    13. General

    2. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters relating to the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into, except as required by law.
    3. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, amend or withdraw the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
    4. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this requirement, the Promoter may make available the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who contacts info@gridbraehead.com within one month of the end of the Promotional Period. Winners may object to this information being made available by contacting the Promoter; however, the Promoter may still be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
    5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
